چکیده
In military manufacturing enterprises, exceptionally high product performance standards are generally met by using heat treatment followed machining. These procedures typically parallel batch-processing (BP) scheduling problems and job-shop problems, respectively. A mixed-integer nonlinear programming model is created to describe the problem with a machine availability constraint, which divided into two stages: BP processing (MP). Furthermore, an auction-based approach developed in jobs categorized batches during stage resources allocated operating machines MP stage. local search operator then applied optimize obtained feasible solutions. Benchmark instances enlarged adapt proposed problem. The tested compared existing algorithms, statistical analysis performed SPSS Statistics. results show that effective stable, has absolute advantages solving large-scale instances.

Customer Order Scheduling with Job-Based Processing and Lot Streaming In A Two-Machine Flow Shop
This paper considers a customer order scheduling (COS) problem in which each customer requests a variety of products processed in a two-machine flow shop. A sequence-independent attached setup for each machine is needed before processing each product lot. We assume that customer orders are satisfied by the job-based processing approach in which the same products from different customer orders f...
متن کاملAlgorithm for Solving Job Shop Scheduling Problem Based on machine availability constraint
Typically, general job shop scheduling problems assume that working times of machines are equal, for instance eight hours a day. However, in real factories, these working times are different because the machines may have different processing speeds, or they may require maintenance. That is, one machine may need to be operated only half day whereas other machines may have to be operated for the ...
متن کاملA Flexible Job Shop Scheduling Problem with Controllable Processing Times to Optimize Total Cost of Delay and Processing
In this paper, the flexible job shop scheduling problem with machine flexibility and controllable process times is studied. The main idea is that the processing times of operations may be controlled by consumptions of additional resources. The purpose of this paper to find the best trade-off between processing cost and delay cost in order to minimize the total costs. The proposed model, flexibl...

A Job Shop Scheduling Problem with Sequence-Dependent Setup Times Considering Position-Based Learning Effects and Availability Constraints
Sequence dependent set-up times scheduling problems (SDSTs), availability constraint and transportation times are interesting and important issues in production management, which are often addressed separately. In this paper, the SDSTs job shop scheduling problem with position-based learning effects, job-dependent transportation times and multiple preventive maintenance activities is studied. ...
